Meet Coach Stephanie
My name is Stephanie and staying healthy is a big part of my life. My main hobbies all require me to stay active! I love to bike, walk, ski, kayak and paddle board. I also enjoy different types of wine. I have always been active but met with some physical challenges. I have a shallow hip. I also have arthritis and chronic tendonitis of the shoulder from work along with issues with chronic lower back pain as well. So it is a challenge everyday to still workout around these injuries but I will never quit. I am always seeking out new exercises and ways to stay in shape working around my limitations. I am still in good shape at age 49 and there’s no reason you can’t be as well! My favorite health foods are eggs, sweet potatoes, and avocados. Occasionally I like to cheat and dip my sweet potato fries in chocolate. My favorite workout as are dynamic movements and workouts that combine strength and cardio, like high intensity interval training. I love to work my abs too. My least favorite exercises are dances or sequential moves that take a lot of coordination. That’s my story what’s yours?
